The Desert Radio Group, the desert cities’ premiere radio company, has an immediate opening for a Traffic / Clerical Assistant. Successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications: ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be well organized, a self-starter, reliable and detail-oriented with good communication skills and the ability to achieve tasks with a hard deadline. Successful candidate will be proficient in computer related tasks including Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability and desire to learn other industry specialized programs and procedures.
Duties will include the input of contracts, scripts and instructions, manipulation of commercial logs to insure separation between similar products and adjustment of commercial placement as needed to accommodate the needs of the programming department. Preparing and working within the time constraints of weekly billing cycles. Other duties include Reception fill in and other clerical work. Radio and/or TV experience a plus. Full time for the right candidate.
